Why change was needed
Back in 2012, General Manager Greg Arnold visited the EuroCucina kitchen show in Milan, where he saw Winner software in use by one of the world’s largest kitchen manufacturers. Inspired by the capabilities on display, he returned to New Zealand determined to implement the solution within his own business.

At the time, Kitchen Mania was designing around 200 kitchens per year – all using traditional, paper-based methods. The need for more streamlined processes, better visuals for clients, and improved internal collaboration made the shift to Winner an easy decision.
