Cyncly Connect Flooring 2025: Building the future together
Flooring

Mark Lukianchuk
Last month, for the first time since bringing together RFMS, Broadlume, Mobile Marketing, and Pacific Solutions under the Cyncly banner, hundreds of flooring professionals came together to create Cyncly Connect Flooring. As I walked through the event space in Chicago, meeting customers who've been with us for years using JobRunner, RollMaster, RFMS ERP and other products, as well as new faces eager to modernize their operations, I was struck by a profound sense that this was more than a conference. It was a statement about where our industry is headed.
The conversations I had throughout those three days reinforced what we already knew but hadn't fully articulated. Our customers aren’t just running flooring businesses anymore. They’re running customer service companies that happen to specialize in flooring.
Retailers selling hardwood flooring to residential consumers face a competitive environment to attract leads, they’re managing complex supply chains, and increasingly, they’re expanding into adjacent services like window treatments and cabinets. The contractors bidding on multi-million dollar projects are competing not only on price and quality, but on their ability to respond quickly and deliver at pace with their customers’ expectations.
Rising to meet the moment
This gathering comes at a pivotal time for our industry. The uncertainty around trade policies and tariffs has many businesses questioning their strategies, while consumer behavior continues to shift toward digital-first experiences. In my conversations with customers, I heard the same themes repeatedly: the need to diversify revenue streams, the pressure to operate more efficiently, and the growing importance of technology in reaching and serving customers.
What struck me most was the resilience and forward-thinking mindset of the professionals we met. Rather than retreating in the face of uncertainty, they're investing in their future. They’re choosing to modernize, to embrace new tools, and to transform how they do business. That's exactly the spirit we intended to capture in our theme, “Your Business on the RISE with Cyncly.”
Project Summit: Building tomorrow’s foundation
The biggest news we shared at the event was Project Summit. This represents our most ambitious undertaking yet: building a completely new foundation for how flooring businesses operate in the digital age.
Project Summit reimagines how work flows through a flooring business, from the first customer interaction to the final invoice. We’re structuring Summit around the natural rhythm of how flooring projects actually happen: Sell the Project, Schedule the Project, Install the Project, and Cost the Project.
What makes Summit different is that we’re not building it feature-first—we’re building it workflow-first. Every decision starts with understanding how your business actually works, then designing technology that enhances those processes. It’s cloud-native, modular, and scalable, but more importantly, it’s built for the way flooring professionals think and work. We are also building it using defined “personas”, realistic representations of flooring professionals based upon hundreds of hours of conversations.
Cyncly is building Summit in the open, with our customers as true partners in the process. Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more details about our progress, our design decisions, and most importantly, how customers can help shape what we’re building.
Innovation across the platform
While Project Summit represents our long-term vision, we’re not waiting to deliver value to customers. The updates we shared at the conference demonstrate our commitment to continuous innovation across every aspect of the flooring business. Highlights include:
Lead-to-ERP integration solves one of the most persistent pain points I hear about: the gap between marketing and operations. By connecting Cyncly Websites directly with RFMS CRM, we’re eliminating the manual handoffs that cause leads to fall through the cracks and ensuring faster response times when prospects are most engaged.
Blueprint.AI represents Cyncly’s continued investment in artificial intelligence to accelerate workflows. Going from blueprint to bid in under 80 seconds enables commercial contractors to take on more projects without expanding overhead. 98+% accuracy means less time checking and rechecking measurements, and more time focusing on winning business.
Cyncly Payments addresses the growing demand for integrated business solutions. Our research shows that 56% of retailers consider a fully-integrated technology suite very important. Cyncly Payments eliminates the friction of managing separate payment systems while providing the financial visibility needed to make data-driven decisions.
Cyncly Flooring Customer Success Plans reflect that technology is only as valuable as the expertise behind it. Customer Success Plans go beyond support packages and are really more of a partnership designed to help businesses maximize their return on investment through strategic guidance, expert training, and proactive optimization.
Building the future together
One important announcement we made wasn't about a product feature—it was about a philosophy. The launch of the Cyncly Flooring Co-Innovation Community represents our commitment to building the future of flooring technology together with the professionals who use it every day.
This community brings together users from across our platform—RFMS, Pacific Solutions, RollMaster, and Mobile Marketing—to share ideas, provide feedback, and directly influence what we build. We recognize that the best innovations come from understanding real business challenges, not from assumptions made in conference rooms. We also recognize that we need to raise our game with respect to how we communicate and support our customers. We are up to the challenge, and committed to putting our values into practice with more consistent communications and investments in support.
As I reflect on Cyncly Connect Flooring 2025, what gives me the most confidence about our industry’s future isn't the technology we're building, but the people we’re building it for. The professionals I met in Chicago are running sophisticated businesses, serving demanding customers, and constantly adapting to new challenges. They deserve technology that matches their ambition and supports their success.
We’re committed to building the platform that helps flooring professionals not just survive in a changing market, but thrive and grow. If you're ready to help shape that future, I invite you to join us in the Cyncly Flooring Co-Innovation Community. Together, we’ll build the tools that will define the next generation of flooring business success.
