He was previously CEO of IBS Software and previously held executive roles at Canonical and Microsoft, creating globally distributed organizations known for pioneering technology enablement of vertical businesses.

Nick Honeyman-Brown

Chief Financial Officer

Nick helms Cyncly’s Company Success team, comprising the Finance, FP&I, and Legal teams. Responsible for financial strategy and performance, he plays a critical role in supporting Cyncly’s growth. Nick has worked in technology & telecoms businesses, with a wide experience set across finance and commercial leadership.

Weronika Niemczyk-Savage

Chief People and Culture Officer

Weronika drives strategy and process for building a productive, nurturing and welcoming culture at Cyncly, including talent attraction, employee engagement and retention. She brings over 15 years' global experience in human capital practice, driving organizational change and building exceptional teams. Her mission is to empower people to thrive and grow.

James Hamilton

Chief Operating Officer

James helms groupwide strategic prioritizations and leads efforts to enhance Cyncly’s customer-first strategy including our M&A agenda. Having started his career with Deloitte working in corporate finance within the technology sector, he has since held leadership roles in high growth software environments.

Hetal Shah

Chief Technology Officer

Hetal creates unique solutions to fulfil customer needs and deliver better quality products faster. Hetal was previously CTO of Honeywell Connected Enterprise, completing connections across buildings, aerospace, industrial, cybersecurity, safety and productivity. He also led technical transformation for Forge’s cloud and mobile services.

Chief Customer Officer

Kristina leads Cyncly’s unified Customer organization. She brings extensive executive experience in professional services, engineering, and customer organizations across global B2B companies. Her expertise in growth strategy ensures that Cyncly customers get the greatest value from our innovative products and dedicated services.

Chief Revenue Officer

Paul brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the technology sector to Cyncly, including senior roles at Bell Canada, RSA, Amdocs, and Sage. As leader of Cyncly’s Sales and Strategic Solutions, Paul helps the company accelerate its growth, enabling Cyncly to serve more designers, retailers and manufacturers around the world.

Christian has over 15 years' experience in B2B software, where he has held various leadership functions in corporate and digital marketing. His most recent experience was at SAP, where he spent more than five years in multiple global roles; his last mandate as Head of Digital Experience was to build SAP.com into a global digital business engine.

Andrea leads Cyncly’s Kitchen, Bathroom and Furniture manufacturing business, providing powerful end-to-end solutions for cabinet and furniture manufacturers. Andrea started as an intern and advanced to general manager of DAU (the developer of 3CAD), joining the business via acquisition in 2018.

Mark brings a strong track record of scaling B2B software companies and has deep experience serving retail customers, including both Enterprise and SMB. As GM, Mark leads the strategy to serve residential and commercial flooring customers with an end-to-end digital marketing and business management software solution.
