When Carpets Plus Outlet first switched from a generic accounting solution to RFMS more than 25 years ago, the goal was straightforward: get a software system built for the flooring industry. Integrated payments have simplified bookkeeping and made it easier for customers to pay on their own terms. And with Cyncly Websites, the company now has a digital front door that delivers a meaningful source of new business, with the vast majority of online form submissions converting to actual flooring installations. 

For a business built on word-of-mouth and repeat customers, the tools have reinforced rather than replaced what makes Carpets Plus Outlet stand out. The team is now exploring additional RFMS capabilities, including expanded pricing tools and mobile access, as part of an ongoing effort to get even more out of the platform they already rely on daily.
