Cyncly appoints Jon Harper as Senior Vice President, Professional Services

In this role, Jon will drive the successful adoption and deployment of Cyncly’s market-leading software, helping designers, retailers, and manufacturing customers grow their businesses and achieve their goals.

Jon brings more than 20 years of experience leading fast-growing SaaS and consulting businesses, including leadership roles at Protiviti, Johnson & Johnson, and Smartsheet. Over his career, he has helped build and scale professional services teams during times of rapid growth and global expansion. He is guided by the principles that customers must be at the center of every decision and that services align with real business outcomes.
