Global Operating Center in São Paulo

The new hub consolidates the company’s three-continent GOC network alongside Lisbon and India, expanding its presence in Brazil to serve the global spaces-for-living industry.

São Paulo, Brazil, May 12, 2026 – Cyncly, a leading global provider of software and content solutions that power the seamless creation of spaces for living, has opened its new office in São Paulo, establishing the city as its Global Operating Center (GOC). Located in Vila Olímpia, the hub joins Cyncly’s existing GOC network in Lisbon and India, strengthening a global strategy that centralizes strategic functions and connects local teams with international operations.

Cyncly is hiring across a range of strategic functions at the São Paulo hub, with roles spanning Customer Experience, Customer Support, Professional Services, international operations, and commercial functions. The Vila Olímpia office will bring together new hires and existing São Paulo-based employees, growing Cyncly's presence in Brazil as a foundation for serving markets worldwide.

“Opening the São Paulo Global Operating Center is a significant moment for Cyncly. With this hub, we complete a global operating network that puts us closer to our customers and talent across every major region,” said Anand Krishnan, CEO. “Brazil has an exceptional pool of professionals, and we're proud to be investing here as part of our long-term growth strategy.”

“Choosing São Paulo as the base for our Global Operating Center reflects not only the potential of the Brazilian market, but above all the quality and maturity of local talent,” said Katia Ortiz, General Manager for Latin America at Cyncly. “We are building a truly global environment, where professionals will engage directly with different cultures, markets and leadership, contributing strategically to the company’s growth.”

São Paulo completes a three-continent operating network

Cyncly’s Global Operating Center model brings together teams across strategic functions—including customer success, professional services, operations, and technical support—within an integrated structure that serves Cyncly’s global customer base. Unlike a traditional local office, each GOC operates in close coordination with Cyncly units worldwide, enabling greater consistency in service delivery, scalability, and resource efficiency. With hubs now in Lisbon, India and São Paulo, the three centers form the backbone of a follow-the-sun support capability that allows Cyncly to serve its more than 70,000 customers across more than 100 countries with greater consistency and speed.

“The Brazil hub plays a central role in addressing global demands, bringing together professionals working across customer service, professional services, operations and technical support,” said Katia Ortiz. “Many of these roles are global in scope from the outset. Professionals will contribute directly to operations across different regions worldwide, not solely for Brazil.”

International scope from day one

Professionals joining Cyncly’s São Paulo hub will work within a structure designed to accelerate career development through direct exposure to global operations. The initial build-out phase places new hires at the center of the operation’s formation, with close access to global leadership and involvement in projects spanning multiple markets and business functions.

“By integrating global teams from the outset, professionals engage in projects of greater complexity and impact, with direct exposure to different markets and business dynamics,” said Katia Ortiz. “This model expands both the technical and strategic capabilities of our employees and adds consistent value to their professional journey.”

The hub’s structure also supports internal mobility over time, with employees well-positioned to grow into regional and global roles as the organization scales.

Why São Paulo

The decision to base the Americas GOC in São Paulo followed an evaluation of the city’s talent base, business infrastructure, and position as Latin America’s leading economic hub. Vila Olímpia, home to a concentration of multinational technology and services companies, provides a strong local ecosystem for attracting experienced professionals with international backgrounds.

“São Paulo brings together a strong base of highly qualified professionals, with solid technical backgrounds and growing experience in international environments,” said Katia Ortiz. “The city offers the infrastructure and connectivity that global operations demand, making it the right location to build a hub that serves markets worldwide.”
