Why is Cyncly acquiring imos?
Cyncly's ambition is to be the indispensable AI-driven technology partner for the spaces for living industry, supporting manufacturers end to end, from first sketch to final production. The acquisition of imos adds market-leading capabilities and deep engineering know-how that strengthens that journey.
Within furniture manufacturing, Cyncly's solutions, 3CAD, Insight and Mozaik, are recognized leaders in their core markets. The addition of imos brings complementary CAD/CAM and integration & automation technology and deep expertise in turning design intent into production-ready data, adding depth in the step where design becomes machine-ready. For manufacturers, this means a more connected workflow, with fewer manual steps, fewer errors and faster time to manufacture between design and production.
imos also brings a team with deep domain knowledge of furniture manufacturers and their workflows, complementing Cyncly's existing strengths across manufacturing at every scale.
When does the acquisition take effect?
The acquisition of imos by Cyncly is complete.
What does this mean for imos customers?
Cyncly is committed to continuity for all imos customers. There are no immediate changes to products, customer contracts, support arrangements or day-to-day relationships. Customers will continue to receive the same service and support they receive today, from the same teams they know and trust.
Over time, imos customers will benefit from Cyncly's global scale, investment in AI-driven innovation and R&D capabilities to accelerate its product roadmap, deepen its capabilities and continue supporting customers as their needs evolve.
