You will receive an email invitation when Flex is ready to be activated for your company. The admin for your company will need to follow these steps to turn Flex on a set up access. Once Flex is activated, you can turn it on and off from your Design preferences.

As an existing 2020 Design Live user, you can seamlessly transition to Design Flex, Cyncly's cloud-powered evolution of Design Live, by downloading and installing the latest Design Flex software from your Cyncly customer portal. Your familiar tools are enhanced with cloud access for real-time collaboration, smart dashboards, and up-to-date manufacturer catalogs.

To get started:

1. Log into the Cyncly Design Flex customer center or onboarding page for installation instructions and licensing.
2. Import your existing .kit project files directly into Design Flex projects via the "Designs" tab. 
3. Migrate file-based catalogs using the Design Data Migrator tool if needed, following Cyncly's step-by-step guides.

After you are registered for Flex, you can use a web browser to login at https://flex.cloud/?domain_hint=2020spaces-cb.com. The Flex platform allows you to quickly check existing project saved renderings, plans and prices as well as creating new contacts or projects.
