Product Overview: Mozaik
1. FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
The Product can be used as complete CNC software for the cabinet industry. It provides design-to-manufacture solutions for cabinets, closets and casework and will meet the needs of any custom cabinet shop.
The Product Edition options are:
- Mozaik Manufacturing™
- Mozaik CNC&trade
- Mozaik Enterprise™
These are summarized below.
1.1. Mozaik Manufacturing™
o A versatile design-to-manufacture software tailored for non-CNC cabinet shops, providing a complete solution for designing, pricing, planning, and generating manufacturing documents.
- Key features of Mozaik Manufacturing™ include:
o Custom Cabinet Design: Design frameless, face-framed, built-in furniture, and closets with customizable construction methods using an intuitive Product Editor.
o Cut Lists & Submittal Drawings: Automatically generate accurate cut lists, hardware requirements, and submittal drawings for production.
o Visualization: Use a built-in 3D Viewer to visualize designs, ensuring accuracy before manufacturing.
o Product Libraries: Access pre-loaded libraries for cabinets, appliances, and accessories, with easy customization options.
o Pricing Module: Automatically calculate accurate pricing, including materials, hardware, labor, and taxes, while generating contracts or reports.
o Flexibility: Customizable to suit various types of cabinetry and specialized needs, including closet designs and hardware integration.
Optional add-ons:
o Mozaik Optimizer add on: Provides optimization for table or panel saws.
o Paperless Shop add on: Mozaik Paperless Shop Apps™ require information from Mozaik Products to function, you must have a current subscription and are compatible with Windows tablets.
o Additional seats: Mozaik is licensed per device. If your company has more than one person using the software on more than one computer you may purchase an Additional User License for each additional device. Additional Seat licenses include all the features of your primary license. Additional Seats are limited to the same location.
1.2. Mozaik CNC™
o A comprehensive design-to-manufacture software solution for shops using nested-based CNC routers. It enables businesses to efficiently automate CNC processes, from design to G-Code generation.
o It includes all the features of Mozaik Manufacturing™ but adds CNC MDF Doors, CNC Dovetail Drawers, 100 percent machine-ready G-code, as well as post processors for today's leading flat table CNC routers.
- Key features include:
o Machine-Ready G-Code: Automates toolpath creation based on your shop's machine setup, supporting batch and single sheet G-Code generation.
o Customizable Toolpaths: Flexible setup for routing MDF doors, dovetail drawers, and more, with preloaded tools and intuitive interfaces.
o Post-Processor Integration: Offers free stock post-processors and customizable options for your CNC machinery, with professional integration support.
o 2D/3D Visualizations: Verify designs before cutting and manage parts with features like remnant libraries and spoil board resurfacing programs.
Optional add-ons:
o Mozaik NBM Label add on: Create custom label templates for nested parts and automate printing for efficient part tracking.
o Paperless Shop add on: Mozaik Paperless Shop Apps™ require information from Mozaik Products to function and are compatible with Windows tablets. You must have a current subscription.
o Additional seats: Mozaik is licensed per device. 1.3. Mozaik Enterprise™
o An advanced software solution designed for larger custom cabinet shops. It builds on the capabilities of Mozaik CNC™, offering enhanced management features for scalability, productivity, and error reduction.
o Designed to streamline large-scale cabinet manufacturing and improve operational efficiency.
- Key features include:
o User Administration: Fine-tuned access controls to manage user permissions, ensuring secure and efficient workflows.
o Job Dashboard: A comprehensive view of all job settings, allowing bulk updates, visual tracking, and error prevention.
o Job Manager: Improved project management with customizable templates, search functionality, job status tracking, and categorized job milestones.
o Job Recovery: Automatic backups and recovery options to minimize data loss, allowing users to resume work quickly after unexpected interruptions.

2. MARKET AND GEOGRAPHIC REGION
The Product is for the KB&F (Manufacture) market and is sold worldwide.
3. CONTRACT TYPE
Subscription
4. TERM
An initial Term of 12 months, which automatically renews each year unless terminated prior to the auto-renewal. The Term (and contract) may be terminated by either party giving the other notice in writing at any time within the first 3 months of the initial Term or renewal Term.
5. ACCESS RIGHTS
The use of the Product is limited by reference to the following Access Rights (as set out in the Order):
- Edition – the Customer’s use is limited to the edition of the software that is purchased (eg. Mozaik Manufacturing, Mozaik CNC or Mozaik Enterprise).
- Optional add-ons – the Customer’s use is limited to the optional add-ons that are purchased.
- Additional Seats – additional seats are able to be purchased by a Customer on the condition that they are:
o For the exclusive use of that Customer’s employees;
o Not made available to any third party contractor to whom the Customer outsources work, either within their country or overseas; and
o Not shared with employees or agents of any other company. Sharing a subscription to the software with another customer is strictly prohibited.
6. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The Product requires certain hardware and software specifications to install and run properly. While Mozaik will run on a PC with minimum specifications, you may want to follow our Recommended Hardware suggestions for improved performance. Mozaik is not compatible with Apple products. 7. SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLAN AND DATA
Not applicable, as the responsibility for information security rests with the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to back up all customer data. As the software is installed on a Customer’s Local Disk (C:), all customer data used in conjunction with the software is stored there. If the Customer allows its subscription to lapse, the software will become inaccessible, as will any customer data entered into the software.
8. SUPPORTED VERSION
The Product is installed by the Customer on its local servers/infrastructure, so it is the Customer who decides when the Update or Upgrade is to be installed. This may result in the Customer using a Version of the Product which is not covered by Maintenance & Support – the Supplier will only provide Maintenance & Support in respect of the current Version of the Product (N), or the previous Version (N-1).
9. SUPPORT SERVICES
All Customers are entitled to a free 90 minute onboarding training upon signing up with Mozaik.
Mozaik offers the following further support to all of its Customers:

In addition, Mozaik CNC™ and Mozaik Enterprise™ Customers are entitled to a free one-hour post integration session.
10. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Mozaik offers its Customers online training via Zoom that is charged on an hourly basis.
