It's hard to believe it's already been a year since Cyncly announced the acquisition of Broadlume. As General Manager of Cyncly Flooring, I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible progress we've made together. This anniversary is a milestone, but it’s also a testament to our shared vision: to lead the industry as one united platform, actively listening to our customers and partners, and delivering on our goal to simplify complexity, lead digital retailing, and deliver connected customer experiences.
From day one, the Broadlume acquisition was about integration and empowerment. Both companies had envisioned a complete, integrated platform that helps companies sell faster, easier, and smarter. Together, our goal is to connect every flooring industry stakeholder—independent dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and consumers—through cutting-edge technology. And today, Cyncly Flooring stands as the essential partner for every flooring business, offering unparalleled expertise and products that seamlessly connect dealers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Empowering our customers: We do more so you can be more
For today's retailers, simply being a flooring store is no longer enough. Consumers expect seamless digital and physical experiences, flawless execution, and continuous connection throughout their journey. This is why we’re working as one united platform, with integrated teams working alongside one another to deliver a truly connected experience.
We're focused on helping our customers accelerate the consumer journey through digital retailing. By connecting websites, visualization tools, estimating software, payments, and customer relationship management into one seamless flow, dealers can not only meet modern customer expectations but also convert interest into action faster than ever before.
Our commitment goes beyond technology. We strive to be the industry’s best partner by prioritizing transparency and listening. I’m proud that we’ve increased our communication through webinars and newsletters, ensuring our customers understand our focus and have the information they need to run their businesses effectively. We've also invested heavily in listening, establishing a private Co-Innovation Community and hosting customer roundtables to guide future development and understand priorities.
We’re also leading the way in innovation. AI tools like the FIBI chatbot and Blueprint AI (powered by Togal.AI) are just a few examples of how we're providing cutting-edge solutions to flooring businesses.
I want to say thank you to our team for their sustained efforts to work as one over the past year. In particular, I want to say thank you to the Broadlume leadership team, who have shared their knowledge and have become a valued part of our organization. And I’m thankful for our customers and partners, who are generous with their feedback that helps us continually improve, and who see the benefits of a software partner who can support their growth.
The past year has been a remarkable journey of growth and integration. We’ve seen how connecting every stage of the journey—from inspiration to installation—helps businesses simplify complexity, deliver connected customer experiences, and evolve their businesses to capitalize on new opportunities. As Cyncly Flooring, we remain dedicated to empowering the flooring industry with the most complete solutions and comprehensive support, and we’re just getting started.
