Cyncly appoints Kristina Lengyel as Chief Customer Officer

Reporting to CEO Anand Krishnan, Kristina will lead Cyncly’s unified Customer organization, comprising Customer Experience, Customer Success and Professional Services. In her role, Kristina will ensure customers get the maximum value from Cyncly solutions and Cyncly can continue to meet evolving customer needs.

Kristina joins Cyncly with extensive executive experience in professional services, engineering, and customer organizations across global B2B companies. She brings expertise in growth strategy, previously supporting the launch of new software products and leading global services and customer success teams. Prior to joining Cyncly, Kristina held executive roles in customer solutions at OpenText, Salesforce and Ultimate Kronos Group.
