Mouans-Sartoux, France, April 4, 2024 – Cyncly, the leading global provider of software and content solutions that help make amazing spaces for living, presented Gedi3D at the latest Gedicoop fair in Bordeaux. Gedi3D, which uses Cyncly’s Spaces Flex solution, will enable members of the Gedicoop network to design and sell kitchens seamlessly via a single platform, improving service quality and the customer experience.
Gedimat, part of the Gedicoop cooperative, comprises a network of almost 480 independent sales outlets providing a complete range of construction solutions and services, including kitchen design and sales.
Gedi3D, which uses Cyncly’s Spaces Flex solution, provides the Gedimat network with an easy-to-use solution to guide customers through the kitchen design and purchasing process. With Gedi3D, in-store sales staff can present customers with project inspirations, design kitchens with Gedimat products, and close sales from quotation to order placement with the supplier. This high-level experience streamlines the sales process, from initial inspiration to qualification and purchase.
“Gedi3D allows our members to be autonomous and fast in the design and costing of a kitchen project. This intuitive tool enables any salesperson to take charge of the customer's project and carry it through to the sales phase. The Gedi3D solution represents a growth lever for Gedimat's Kitchen market. Our ambition is to win new market share, particularly from the DIY superstores already present in this sector", says Hélène Ruaut, Kitchen, Floor & Walls Market Manager, GEDEX Services. "I'm delighted to now be able to offer our outlets a cutting-edge solution that will help them increase their sales and strengthen their relationship with their customers.”
“We are delighted to have presented Gedi3D at this year’s Gedicoop show,” said Philippe Laziosi, Sales Director, Southern Europe, Cyncly. “This new solution will help the Gedimat network offer a seamless experience to customers who want a one-stop shop to bring their kitchen project to life. It's a great example of how Cyncly combines its cutting-edge software with a customer-centric approach to drive innovation in design and retail.”
Gedi3D combines the design and sales capabilities of Spaces Flex with a CRM solution, Gesteos, which helps Gedimat outlets understand and meet customer expectations for high-quality kitchen design. Initially, the solution will enable in-store sales staff to design and sell kitchens by drawing on a wide range of content from Discac and BCD catalogs. Each project can be represented in virtual reality thanks to a partnership with Nootty, a sales support solution that automatically generates high-quality virtual reality designs. In addition, Gedi3D projects will be interoperable with Winner Flex, the leading cloud-based kitchen design software.
In the next stages of the project, Cyncly and Gedimat will develop Gedi3D to include a full web portal that will enable complete customer-led design, which can be shared with a professional designer to refine and validate the project. Gedi3D will also integrate with Gedimat's core business applications, including its ERP, to digitize the member network and enable future innovation.
At Gedicoop 2024, participants were able to join the Cyncly team at three stands in the Kitchen, Bathroom and Digital Transformation areas, to discover the full range of software solutions offered by Cyncly.

Gedex Services provides its members – independent companies on a human scale – with resources and visibility comparable to those of nationwide integrated entities.
Under its three banners, Gedicoop had 534 sales outlets by January 1, 2024 (478 Gedimat and Gedimat ConceptStore, including 36 in Belgium, and 56 Gedibois outlets), more than 200 entrepreneurs and 7,000 employees. By January 1, 2024, they will have achieved sales of 2.6 billion euros (excluding VAT), confirming Gedicoop's leadership as the leading group of independent retailers and the second-largest national player in the retail market.
