We understand the importance of innovation to our customers. Consumer expectations are changing quickly, and our customers need technology that helps them put those consumers at the heart of their businesses. In practical terms, this means systems and processes that streamline their services, so they can deliver a personalized experience and product customization profitably.

That's why I'm thrilled to share an update on our Innovations@Cyncly program, an additional space sponsored by our Technology team, where employees’ resourceful and innovative mindset can be fully expressed. We recently unveiled the winners of the H1 2024 cycle of the Innovations@Cyncly program which live up to this purpose. The program is another way we’re building amazing things for the spaces-for-living industry.

The goal of the Innovations@Cyncly program is to highlight the best and brightest ideas by our amazing team. Many of these ideas come from our customers so in a very real sense, the program is a way we’re taking action on insights we hear from our users. In this cycle, we've seen great ideas surface from across the organization. We received 28 submissions, highlighting yet again our teams’ valuable ideas and bold, innovative approach. Our Cyncly employees from around the world narrowed these submissions down to the top 10 ideas – and with over 2,700 votes, I see a real appetite among our global team to embrace new ideas and continuously improve.

The three winners of the H1 2024 cycle of Innovations@Cyncly span a range of functions. In 1st place: a submission from a member of our Manufacturing team, who has great ideas to unlock excellence through greater process insights. 2nd place: a senior member of the Flooring team, who proposed ways to enhance the user experience during inspiration and design phases of a project. And 3rd place: a senior member of our Customer Support team, who shared ideas about improving our industry-leading content catalogs. Now, we’re funding each of these concepts so our Product and Technology teams can explore the best ways to implement them in the future. I’m eager to work with them throughout this process.

We run this program because we believe that whether an innovation idea is incremental, transformational or radical, it just may change how we think and how we operate – and it can inspire our industry. We’re continually listening to our people and our customers for opportunities to improve our products and help them succeed. It’s also a demonstration of a value held across Cyncly: each one of us can use our skills and knowledge to improve the customer experience.

Submissions for the H2-2024 cycle of Innovations@Cyncly have started. I’m happy to see the ideas come in, whether they’re totally new or reworked and improved from previous submissions. And I’m looking forward to sharing more details as these new features and capabilities are ready for our customers!
