Product Overview: AI-Showroom

1. FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW

1.1 AI-Showroom is available as a standalone solution, embedded within Cyncly Websites, or integrated with Flex-enabled Products, depending on the applicable deployment and Subscription. The Product is an AI-native tool designed to enable non-designers to transform ideas into fully visualised interior designs. Starting from images of real user spaces, it supports ideation, visualisation, and specification through an AI-enabled interface grounded in real-world catalogue items. AI-generated outputs are illustrative only and do not constitute architectural, technical, installation, pricing, or professional design advice.

1.2 The Product functions as an integrated system enabling Customers and end users to:

1.2.1 upload images of real consumer spaces and apply AI-powered style and layout generation to those spaces.

1.2.2 select and customise design styles using connected catalogue content, including cabinets, worktops, flooring, tiling, and bathroom products.

1.2.3 explore alternative room layouts (L-shape, Island, G-shape, I-shape) with live 2D updates.

1.2.4 capture consumer leads, schedule appointments, and transfer project data to Flex or external CRM systems via API.

1.2.5 access product and consumer insights, including visit data, conversion rates, saved designs, render volume, style popularity, and lead generation trends.

1.2.6 transition designs into Spaces Flex for 3D editing, where the applicable tier includes this capability.

1.3 The Product architecture comprises the following components:

1.3.1 Consumer Interface: a web-based user interface enabling end users to upload space images, apply styles, customise layouts, and initiate lead capture or appointment booking flows.

1.3.2 AI Engine: a generative layout and styling engine trained on Cyncly catalogue data and Content in Cloud (CiC) catalogues. The engine references SKUs and retailer-specific content to produce contextually relevant design outputs.

1.3.3 Catalogue Integration: connections to single-brand or Cyncly generic catalogues, enabling real-time style and product customisation within the generated designs.

1.3.4 Flex Platform Integration: connectivity to the Flex Platform supporting lead management, CRM data transfer, designer collaboration, and optional transition to Spaces Flex 3D.

1.3.5 Insights Dashboard: analytics providing Customers with behavioural data on consumer preferences, product interactions, and lead pipeline activity. Insights are currently available internally and may be made available to Customers depending on the applicable deployment configuration.

1.4 The Product is customisable at deployment. Retailer-specific branding (User Interface themes, logos, and primary colours), single-brand or generic catalogues, and individual feature components (including Pricing, Saving, Login, Layout Changes, Upload Your Style, Design Assistant, and Spaces Flex 3D export) may be enabled or disabled. Custom configurations and integrations are implemented through Cyncly Professional Services or approved deployment teams, subject to applicable scoping, Fees, and support terms.

1.5 AI-Showroom currently supports 2D design only. AI-generated outputs may vary depending on user inputs, catalogue availability, and configuration. Customers and end users remain responsible for reviewing and confirming all final outputs, specifications, measurements, pricing, suitability, and design decisions. Some features are subject to consumption limits (e.g. design generations, exports) and may require additional usage packages. Functionality relying on Third Party Software AI models may incur variable costs based on usage volume.
