Andrea Gnoato appointed KBF GM

Experienced industry leader to deliver Cyncly's end-to-end KBF strategy as retail and manufacturing operations unite under single leadership

London, UK, September 14, 2026 – Cyncly, a leading global provider of AI-driven software for the spaces-for-living industry, today announced the appointment of Andrea Gnoato as General Manager of its combined Kitchen, Bath and Furniture (KBF) business unit. The appointment follows the consolidation of Cyncly's Kitchen, Bath and Furniture retail and manufacturing operations into a single business unit.

The consolidation reflects how the needs of KBF retailers and manufacturers are converging. Many manufacturers now operate their own retail channels, and customers increasingly want to manage their entire business through a connected set of products rather than stitching together separate systems. Cyncly supports kitchen, bath and furniture customers across the full value chain, from inspiration, design and specification through to manufacturing and delivery, which is a level of end-to-end capability that Cyncly is uniquely able to deliver at scale.

Andrea Gnoato brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the kitchen, bath and furniture industry and a deep understanding of customer needs across both retail and manufacturing. As GM of Cyncly's Kitchen, Bath and Furniture manufacturing business unit, he led Cyncly's manufacturing solutions to connect production, design and sales operations through a single, coherent software workflow. This delivers greater efficiency, faster response to customer demand, and fewer gaps between what is designed, sold and built. Customers in the combined KBF business unit, whether they design, sell, manufacture, or do all three, will now work with a partner whose leadership understands their business from every angle.

"Retailers and manufacturers in kitchen, bath and furniture are running increasingly connected businesses, which our structure now reflects," said James Hamilton, Chief Operating Officer at Cyncly. "Andrea knows this market well, and has deep connections to our customers across both retail and manufacturing. He is the right leader to bring these two business units together and deliver on the end-to-end opportunity that few other organizations are positioned to pursue at our scale."

"Many kitchen, bath and furniture customers span both retail and manufacturing: they design, they sell, and they build,” said Andrea Gnoato, General Manager of Kitchen, Bath and Furniture at Cyncly. “Increasingly, retailers and manufacturers also use technology to deliver a more connected experience to their own customers. In both cases, they need a partner who understands their entire business, not just one side of it. Bringing these two business units together gives us the depth and scale to be that partner. Cyncly has the technology, the expertise, and the ambition to deliver on that vision."
